The key to never losing spare keys? Attach hooks to a picture frame to keep them at hand. Choose a sturdy wooden frame (wood of a hearty thickness works best, so the hooks won’t damage the structure), plus a few small cup hooks from your local hardware store. Ask the carpenter (when he’s around to fix other woodwork in the house) to push the hooks into the frame, making sure that the hooks face forward. Now slip in a photo of your children and hand it near the doorway.
