About four hours from Kolkata by train and about six hours by road, this steel city is the perfect gateway for a weekend. The town is neat and simple and a visit to the Jubilee Park is a must. But do ensure a picnic on the Dalma hills. Pack in some sandwiches and coffee and hit the highway to reach the beautiful hills. If you’re lucky, you might be greeted by the storm clouds. Stay at Hill view hotel and resort which is on the highway, a little away from the town.
